摘  要:苹果是重要果树树种之一,在世界范围内广泛栽培。苹果病害仍是制约苹果产业健康发展的重要限制因素,因此培育抗病苹果品种已成为苹果育种工作的一个重要目标。QTL(Quantitative trait locus)定位是苹果分子标记辅助育种和定位控制数量性状基因的基础,近年来,苹果抗病性QTL定位研究取得了一些重要进展,本研究通过对国内外苹果上发生的主要病害包括火疫病、黑星病、腐烂病、白粉病及其他病害抗性QTL定位研究进行综述,分析了目前存在的问题并提出了展望,对于苹果抗病QTL定位相关研究,进行苹果抗病分子标记辅助育种以及通过基因工程选育抗病性苹果品种等研究具有参考意义。As one of the important fruit tree species,apple is widely cultivated worldwide.Apple diseases are still the major constraint to the healthy development of apple production.Breeding disease resistant apple varieties has become an important goal in apple breeding.QTL(quantitative trait locus)mapping is the basis of apple marker-assisted breeding and mapping the genes which control the quantitative trait in apple.In recent years,some important progress has been made in research on disease resistance QTL mapping in apple,and recent advances in fire blight,scab,apple canker,powdery mildew and other diseases resistance QTL mapping research are reviewed here,and the problems about the QTL mapping are discussed and its research prospects are put forward.Research on QTL mapping for apple disease resistance was carried out.Molecular marker-assisted breeding for apple disease resistance and breeding of apple varieties by genetic engineering are of reference significance.
