摘  要:为探究PEG-6000诱导的干旱胁迫对海南油茶幼苗的生理特性,以10%、20%、30%的PEG-6000溶液来处理油茶幼苗,并对其生长情况、叶片相对含水量、光合色素、渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶和次生代谢产物进行测定,以揭示海南油茶对干旱的生理生化响应机制。结果表明,在PEG-6000胁迫下,油茶生长受到抑制,叶片相对含水量减少,光合色素含量和SOD酶活性呈现出先上升后下降变化趋势,MDA、POD、CAT、渗透调节物质、总黄酮和总多酚呈现上升变化趋势,表明海南油茶具有较强的抗旱能力,在轻中度干旱胁迫下能够通过调节自身的生理代谢来减轻干旱胁迫带来的伤害。本研究从植物光合参数、生理特性和次生代谢产物的角度研究了PEG-6000诱导的干旱胁迫对油茶幼苗的影响,为海南油茶在抗旱栽培和推广种植提供一定的理论依据。In order to explore the physiological characteristics of Hainan Camellia oleifera seedlings under drought stress induced by PEG-6000,10%,20%and 30%PEG-6000 solution were used to treat Camellia oleifera seedlings,and their growth,leaf relative water content,photosynthetic pigments,osmotic regulators,antioxidant enzymes and secondary metabolites were measured to reveal the physiological and biochemical response mechanism of Hainan Camellia oleifera to drought.The results showed that under PEG-6000 stress,the growth of Camellia oleifera was inhibited,the relative water content of leaves decreased,the content of photosynthetic pigment and SOD enzyme activity increased first and then decreased,and MDA,POD,CAT,osmoregulation substances,total flavonoids and total polyphenols increased,indicating that Camellia oleifera in Hainan has strong drought resistance,under mild to moderate drought stress,it can reduce the damage caused by drought stress by regulating its own physiological metabolism.This study studied the effects of drought stress induced by PEG-6000on Camellia oleifera seedlings from the perspective of plant photosynthetic parameters,physiological characteristics and secondary metabolites,so as to provide a theoretical basis for drought resistant cultivation and popularization of Camellia oleifera in Hainan.
