摘 要:利用红麻替代水稻种植是重金属重度污染土壤修复治理的有效措施。为筛选出适用于镉污染土壤高耐高富集红麻品种,本研究采用水培试验,以6个农艺性状为耐性评价指标,结合红麻不同部位镉含量和积累量进行分析。结果表明,8个品种耐性指数存在较大差异,株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重、根系鲜重、叶片长宽乘积和叶片SPAD值耐性指数分别为0.377~0.461、0.517~0.649、0.167~0251、0.108~0.225、0.320~0.435和0.545~0.822,耐性指数综合隶属函数值范围为0.293~0.688,以‘浙8310’、‘新安无刺’最高;各品种转移系数均小于1,以‘福红992’最高,达0.93;幼苗单株镉总提取量为241.79~341.13 g,以‘浙832’和‘青皮3号’最高;总体而言,‘新安无刺’在镉胁迫条件下耐性指数和镉积累量表现出较大优势,可用于镉污染土壤替代种植。Planting kenaf instead of rice is an effective measure for remediation of heavily polluted soil by heavy mental.In order to screen out kenaf varieties with high tolerance and high accumulation characteristics for cadmium-contaminated soil,a hydroponic experiment was conducted,and 6 agronomic traits were investigated as the tolerance indexes,combined with the content and the accumulation of cadmium in different parts were analyzed.The results revealed the tolerance indexes of the eight cultivars were quite different.The tolerance index of plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight of aerial parts,root fresh weight,leaf length-width product and leaf SPAD val ue were 0.377~0.461,0.517~0.649,0.167~0251,0.108~0.225,0.320~0.435 and 0.545~0.822,the subordinate function values of 8 kenaf range from 0.293 to 0.688,in which’Zhe 8310’and’Xinanwuci’rank the first and second.The transfer factors of all varieties are less than 1,and’Fuhong 992’shares the highest value,reaching 0.93.The total extraction amount of cadmium per plant of kenaf seedlings was 241.79~341.13 g,with’Zhe 832’and’Qingpi-3’being the highest.Generally speaking,’Xinanwuci’showed great advantages in the tolerance index and cadmium accumulation trait under cadmium stress,which can be used for alternatives for cadmium-contaminated soil.
