摘 要:赤霉素(GAs)对植物生长发育具有重要的调控作用,本研究通过生物信息学方法对椰子GA代谢途径通路上有关基因的理化性质以及组织特异性表达进行分析,筛选出GA代谢相关基因45个,并对其结构、功能进行了预测。通过亚细胞定位分析发现,椰子GA代谢通路基因存在于细胞核、线粒体,且有功能蛋白翻译,这与GA代谢通路上相关蛋白的调控功能吻合。通过表达量数据分析发现在椰子不同组织中GA代谢相关基因的表达量存在差异,其中CnDELLA家族、CnGID1受体家族、CnFbox、CnSPY家族成员基因在胚、胚乳和胚愈伤组织中表达,表明其与幼苗期的生长发育有关,在椰子早期发育过程中可能存在DELLA蛋白的抑制作用。椰子GA代谢途径通路上相关基因研究对海南本地高、矮种育种的研究具有重要意义,通过对GA代谢途径通路上相关基因对比分析,为之后的研究提供理论支持。Gibberellin(GAs)plays an important role in the regulation of plant growth and development.In this study,the physical and chemical properties and tissue specific expression of genes involved in the metabolism pathway of coconut GA were analyzed by bioinformatics method,forty-five genes related to GA metabolism were selected and their structures and functions were predicted.By subcellular localization analysis,it was found that the genes of GA metabolic pathway existed in nucleus and mitochondria,and there were functional protein translation,which was in accordance with the regulation function of related proteins in GA metabolic pathway.The expression of GA metabolism-related genes in different tissues of coconut was found to be different by analyzing the expression data,the genes of CnDELLA family,CnGID1 receptor family,CnFbox and CnSPY family were expressed in embryo,endosperm and embryo callus,which indicated that they were related to the growth and development of seedlings,Della protein may inhibit the early development of coconut.The study of genes related to GA pathway in coconut is of great significance to the study of high and dwarf breeding in Hainan Province,to provide theoretical support for future research.
