摘  要:本研究以2年生多花梾木实生苗为试材,用浓度为0.1%(CK)、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%及0.5%的溶液对多花梾木进行胁迫处理,比较不同浓度盐溶液胁迫下其叶片色差、荧光参数及抗氧化酶指标的变化。结果表明:(1)盐胁迫下多花梾木叶片颜色随着盐(Na Cl)浓度的增加变化差异不同,盐浓度为0.1%~0.2%时叶片颜色变化较小,变色不明显,盐浓度增加到0.3%~0.5%时叶片颜色变化较大,叶片变红,焦黄,萎缩;(2)盐胁迫前期对多花梾木叶片荧光参数(F_(v)/Fm和F_(v)/F_(o))的影响较小,后期影响较大,且随着盐(NaCl)浓度的增加,多花梾木叶片荧光参数(F_(v)/Fm和F_(v)/F_(o))呈现下降趋势;(3)多花梾木叶片抗氧化酶SOD与CAT活性随着盐(NaCl)浓度的增加,呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,而POD活性则上升。研究表明,低浓度(<0.2%)下多花梾木具有一定的耐盐性,盐(NaCl)浓度达0.3%时叶片受抑制明显,高浓度(0.4%~0.5%)下可能会有次生代谢,提高抗氧化酶活性,从而减少对植株伤害。The two-year-old seedlings of Cornus florida L.were selected as test materials and treated with NaCl at concentrations of 0.1%(CK),0.2%,0.3%,0.4% and 0.5% to salt stress.The changes of leaf color difference,fluorescence parameters and antioxidant enzyme indexes under different concentrations of salt stress were compared.The results were as follows:(1)Under salt stress,the changes of leaf color were different with the increase of NaCl concentration.The changes of leaf color were small and not obvious when the salt concentration was 0.1%~0.2%,when the salt concentration increased to 0.3%~0.5%,the color of the leaves changed greatly,and the leaves turned red,yellow and atrophied;(2)The fluorescence parameters(F_(v)/F_(m) and F_(v)/F_(o))of Cornus florida leaves were less affected at the early stage of salt stress,but more affected at the late stage.The fluorescence parameters(F_(v)/F_(m) and F_(v)/F_(o))of Cornus florida leaves decreased with the increase of NACL concentration;(3)with the increase of NaCl concentration,the activities of superoxide dismutase(Sod)and catalase(CAT)in leaves of Cornus florida increased firstly and then decreased,while the activities of POD increased.The results showed that the low concentration(<0.2%)of NaCl had a certain degree of salt tolerance,the leaves were inhibited obviously when the concentration of NaCl reached 0.3%,and the high concentration(0.4%~0.5%)of NaCl might have secondary metabolism and increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes,thus reducing the damage to the plant.
