摘　　要：该文分析了疫情防控期间医院物资采购、储备与管理所面临的困难与挑战,建立应急采购流程与物资保供体系,介绍了统筹管理、多渠道保供与分级管理的经验。构建医院应急物资管理平台,集采购、储备、调拨、物流与维修等于一体,全流程科学部署、统一管理,是后疫情期提升市级医院能力的解决方案。This paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced by hospital material procurement,storage and management during the epidemic prevention and control period,establishes an emergency procurement process and a material supply guarantee system,and introduces the experience of overall management,multi-channel supply guarantee and hierarchical management.Building a hospital emergency materials management platform,integrating procurement,storage,allocation,logistics and maintenance,scientific deployment and unified management of the whole process are solutions to improve the capabilities of municipal hospitals in the post-epidemic period.
