浙江海涂围垦区适用桑树品种筛选的初步研究

摘　　要：通过适于浙江海涂围垦区种植的桑树品种选择,实现海涂资源的科学开发。选择12个桑树品种于浙江海涂围垦区种植,进行盐害相关指标的调查统计,并进行叶片中生理相关指标及耐盐基因表达检测,然后以隶属函数法综合评价各桑树品种在海涂围垦区的耐盐性能。12个桑树品种的海涂围垦区耐盐性强弱依次为果选2号、强桑3号、河北红、大10、果选3号、72c002、红果2号、A18、琼46、红果3号、金蔷63、桂花蜜。综合各桑树品种海涂围垦区耐盐性能表现,适宜海涂围垦区栽植的品种为果选2号、强桑3号、大10、果选3号。In this article, mulberry varieties suitable for cultivation in coastal reclamation area of Zhejiang Province were selected for scientific development of coastal resources. Twelve mulberry varieties were planted in coastal reclamation area of Zhejiang Province, and the statistics of salt damage related indexes were investigated. Meanwhile, physiological related indexes and expression of salt tolerance genes in leaf were detected. Then, the salt tolerance of mulberry varieties in the coastal reclamation area was comprehensively evaluated by membership function. The results showed that the salt tolerance of twelve mulberry varieties in the coastal reclamation area were as follows: Guoxuan 2, Qiangsang 3, Hebeihong, Da 10, Guoxuan 3, 72 c002, Hongguo 2, A18, Qiong 46, Hongguo 3, Jinqiang 63, Guihuami. Based on the salt tolerance performance of various varieties in the coastal reclamation area, the mulberry varieties suitable for planting in the coastal reclamation area of Zhejiang Province should be Guoxuan 2, Qiangsang 3, Da 10 and Guoxuan 3.
