摘  要:针对某铅锌矿低质量分数全尾砂料浆通过高效絮凝沉降实现固液分离,最终生成高质量分数底流料浆的过程,选择絮凝剂类型(分子量)、絮凝剂单耗、进料稀释质量分数作为试验影响因素,选择絮凝沉降过程中的相对絮凝率、24 h极限底流质量分数和固体通量为表征参数,采用单因素试验设计和灰色关联分析(GRA)对全尾砂料浆的静态絮凝沉降参数进行了优化。单因素试验发现:在试验设计水平范围内,相对絮凝率随絮凝剂分子量的增加先线性增长随后趋于稳定,随絮凝剂单耗的增加线性增大,随稀释质量分数的增大线性减小;底流质量分数随絮凝剂分子量、单耗的增加线性减小,随稀释质量分数的增大线性增加;固体通量随3个表征参数的变化均呈抛物线变化。对试验结果进行灰色关联分析,得出进料稀释质量分数为絮凝沉降试验的最优影响因素,底流质量分数和固体通量为絮凝沉降的准优特征。最终确定该铅锌矿最佳絮凝条件为:絮凝剂分子量1800万,絮凝剂单耗15%,进料稀释质量分数18%。In a lead-zinc mine, solid-liquid separation of full tailings slurry with low mass fraction can be obtained through high-efficiency flocculation and sedimentation, and finally underflow slurry with high mass fraction would be generated. Aiming at this process, the flocculant type(molecular weight), flocculant unit consumption and feed dilution mass fraction were selected as the test influencing factors, and the relative flocculation rate, 24 hours of limit underflow mass fraction and solid flux in the flocculation and sedimentation process were selected as the characterization parameters. Single factor experimental design and grey correlation analysis(GRA) were used to optimize the static flocculation and sedimentation parameters of the full tailings slurry. The single factor test results are concluded as follows. Firstly, within the range of test design level, the relative flocculation rate increases linearly with the increase of molecular weight of flocculant, then tends to be stable, increases linearly with the increase of unit consumption, and decreases linearly with the increase of dilution mass fraction. Secondly, the underflow mass fraction decreases linearly with the increase of molecular weight and unit consumption of flocculant, and increases linearly with the increase of dilution mass fraction. Thirdly, the solid flux changes in parabola with the three characterization parameters. The grey correlation analysis on the test results shows that the feed dilution mass fraction is the optimal influencing factor of the flocculation and sedimentation test, and the underflow mass fraction and solid flux are the quasi optimal characteristics of the flocculation and sedimentation. Finally, the optimal flocculation conditions of the lead-zinc mine were determined that molecular weight of flocculant was 18 million, unit consumption of flocculant was 15%, and feed dilution mass fraction was 18%.
