摘 要:针对钢带式过卷系统制动精确控制问题,基于硬化材料塑性变形理论,给出了长直钢带在回转直辊中产生塑性变形的一般性材料力学结论,并总结出钢带塑性各影响因素与制动力的数学关系。分析认为:当制动用的动辊与定辊按照三辊系排布,在对钢带进行弯曲挤压并竖直向上运动的过程中,钢带的制动力与钢带厚度、钢带宽度、装置动辊与定辊的相对距离等参数呈正相关关系。为精确区分不同参数对钢带实际制动力的具体影响效果,采用正交法对不同参数进行了均布化极差分析。结果表明:钢带厚度在钢带制动力的调节中占据主导作用,为矿山竖井防过卷装置的设计与选型提供了可靠的依据。Aiming at the problem of precise braking control of steel belt overwinding system, based on the plastic deformation theory of hardened material, the general material mechanics conclusion of plastic deformation of long straight steel belt in rotary straight roller was given, and the mathematical relationship between the influencing factors of steel belt plasticity and braking force was summarized. The analysis shows that when the moving roller and the fixed roller for braking are arranged according to the three-roll system and the steel strip is squeezed and moves upward vertically, the braking force of the steel strip is positively correlated with the thickness of the steel strip, the width of the steel strip, the relative distance between the moving roller and the fixed roller of the device, and so on. In order to accurately distinguish the specific influence of different parameters on the actual braking force of steel strip, the orthogonal method was used for uniform range analysis on different parameters. The results show that the thickness of steel strip plays a leading role in the adjustment of steel strip braking force, which provides a reliable basis for the design and selection of anti-overwinding device of mine shaft.
