摘 要:随着使用年限的增加,桥梁在运营周期内可能会出现混凝土开裂剥落、钢筋锈蚀、结构性裂缝及预应力损失严重等病害,严重影响桥梁的安全可靠性。本文以某城市高架桥为工程背景,对比分析了粘贴碳板法、预应力碳板法、体外预应力法3种加固方案在施工便捷性、加固性质、对原结构影响、加固效果、耐久性等方面的优缺点,并根据工程实际及计算结果确定了预应力碳板法对现有桥梁结构破坏小,可以提高桥梁的安全性及耐久性,为最优方案。本文结果对类似工程的加固设计及施工具有一定的指导意义。With the increase of service life, bridges may suffer from concrete cracking and spalling, reinforcement corrosion, structural cracks and serious loss of prestress during the operation cycle, which seriously affect the safety and reliability of bridges.In this paper a city viaduct bridge is taken as the engineering background, the advantages and disadvantages of the three reinforcement schemes of pasted carbon plate method, prestressed carbon plate method and in vitro prestress method in terms of construction convenience, reinforcement properties, impact on the original structure, reinforcement effect and durability are compared and analyzed.According to the actual project and the calculation results, it is determined that it is the optimal solution though the prestressed carbon plate method has little damage to the existing bridge structure, which can improve the safety and durability of bridges.The results have certain guiding significance for the reinforcement design and construction of similar projects.
