摘　　要：针对制造企业生产车间加工余料中掺杂的各类垃圾难以分拣的问题,设计了一款制造企业车间垃圾自动分类装置。这一垃圾自动分类装置采用STM32单片机控制,分类机构采用螺旋分类装置设计,实现高效分流。在分流后利用图像识别进行判断,对于部分分流错误的垃圾实现回流处理。介绍了这一垃圾自动分类装置的机构设计和控制系统软硬件设计。这一装置能在提高效率的同时,确保制造企业车间垃圾分类的准确性。Aiming at the problem that all kinds of garbage mixed with residual material in the production workshop of manufacturing enterprise are difficult to sort, an automatic garbage sorting device in the workshop of manufacturing enterprise was designed.This automatic garbage sorting device is controlled by STM32 single-chip microcomputer, and the sorting mechanism is designed with a spiral sorting mechanism to achieve efficient diversion.After the diversion, image recognition is used to judge, and recirculation process is realized for some garbage that is diverted incorrectly.The mechanism design and software and hardware design for the control system of this automatic garbage sorting device were introduced.This device can improve the efficiency and ensure the accuracy of garbage sorting in the workshop of manufacturing enterprise.
