摘 要:针对运煤系统大型零件所用5CrNiMo钢模具型槽表面堆焊覆层与基体形成的熔合区易脱落,以及表层易折叠变形的问题,对5CrNiMo钢模具型槽表面堆焊进行了研究。选用ARCFCW1001焊丝作为过渡层,选用D822焊条作为覆层,进行堆焊试验,对堆焊后的覆层组织和硬度进行分析。同时对熔体中纳米晶体的形成理论依据和过渡层中纳米晶体的制备进行了研究。Aiming at the fusion zone formed by overlaying cladding and base stock at V-groove surface of 5 CrNiMo steel mold used in large part of coal transportation system is easy to fall off and the surface is easy to fold and deform,the overlaying of V-groove surface of 5CrNiMo steel mold was studied.The ARCFCW1001 welding wire was selected as the transition layer,and the D822 welding rod was selected as the cladding,and the overlay welding test was carried out to analyze the structure and hardness of the cladding layer after overlay welding.At the same time,the theoretical basis for the formation of nanocrystal in the fused mass and the preparation of nanocrystal in the transition layer were studied.
