摘　　要：对重型镗模的结构进行了设计,重点包括镗模排布、镗杆组件。同时分析了安装问题、磨损问题、工作精度问题。所设计的重型镗模结构可以提高进给箱体或床头箱体的镗孔精度,避免齿轮轴歪斜,降低齿轮啮合过程中噪声对人体的影响,具有实用价值。The structure of the heavy-duty boring die was designed,including the arrangement of the boring die,and the assembly of the boring bar.At the same time,the issues on installation,wear and tear and working accuracy were analyzed.The designed heavy-duty boring die structure can improve the boring accuracy of the feeding box or the headstock housing,avoid the skew of the gear wheel shaft,reduce the impact of noise on the human body during the gear meshing process,and has practical value.
