摘　　要：目的对比CT平扫及三期增强扫描对腹部肿瘤腹腔转移临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2018年11月至2019年9月收治的45例腹部肿瘤腹腔转移患者的临床资料。比较CT平扫及三期增强扫描诊断腹部肿瘤腹腔转移部位及患者微小种植病灶结果。结果CT平扫诊断腹部肿瘤腹腔转移部位的诊断准确率为57.78%,CT三期增强扫描诊断腹部肿瘤腹腔转移部位的诊断准确率为93.33%,CT平扫的诊断准确率显著低于CT三期增强扫描(P<0.05);CT平扫最小种植灶面积、种植灶深度及种植灶宽度均大于CT三期增强扫描,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与CT平扫相比,CT三期增强扫描的诊断准确率显著高于CT平扫,对肿瘤定性、定位更加准确,临床应用价值更高,值得广泛推广使用。Objective To compare the clinical application value of CT plain scan and three-stage enhanced scan for peritoneum metastasis of abdominal tumors.Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with peritoneum metastasis of abdominal tumors from November 2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The results of CT plain scan and three-stage enhanced scan were compared in the diagnosis of peritoneum metastasis of abdominal tumors and the microimplant lesion.Results The diagnostic accuracy of CT scan in the diagnosis of peritoneum metastasis of abdominal tumors was 57.78%.The diagnostic accuracy of CT three-phase enhanced scan for peritoneum metastasis of abdominal tumors was 93.33%.The diagnostic accuracy of CT plain scan was significantly lower than that of CT three-stage enhanced scan(P<0.05).The minimum area of implant lesions,depth of implant lesions and width of implant lesions of the patients in the CT plain scan group were larger than those in the CT three-phase enhanced scan group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of CT three-phase enhanced scan is significantly higher than that of CT scan.It is more accurate and more accurate for clinical diagnosis and clinical application.It is worthy of widespread use.
