摘　　要：目的对简版爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(以下简称EPDS-Dep-5)进行信度和效度检验。方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年8月—2021年1月调查广东省5所三甲医院2025名孕妇,对量表信效度进行检验并绘制受试者工作特征曲线确定最佳临界值。结果中文版EPDS-Dep-5包括情感缺失、抑郁2个维度,共5个条目。探索性因子分析结果显示,2个公因子的累计方差贡献率为73.125%,各条目的因子载荷值为0.709~0.886。与效标(中文版患者健康问卷)的相关系数为0.556(P<0.001),受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.816(95%CI:0.778~0.853,P<0.001);总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.759,各维度的Cronbachα系数为0.774、0.743;总量表的SpearBrown分半信度系数(不等长)为0.757,各维度的SpearBrown分半信度系数为0.776、0.732。结论中文版EPDS-Dep-5在孕妇抑郁评估中具有良好的信度、效度,可作为我国临床快速预测和识别孕妇抑郁高危人群的辅助工具。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Simplified Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS-Dep-5).Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate 2025 pregnant women in five grade-A general hospitals in Guangdong Province from August 2020 to January 2021.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested and the optimal critical value was determined by drawing the receiver operator characteristic curve(ROC).Results The Chinese version of EPDS-DEP-5 consisted of five items including affective deficit(two items)and depression(three items).Exploratory factor analysis results showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the two common factors was 73.125%,and the factor loading value of each item ranged from 0.709 to 0.886.The correlation coefficient with the version of PHQ-9 was 0.556(P<0.001),and the area under the ROC was 0.816(95%CI:0.778-0.853,P<0.001).Cronbach’sαcoefficient for the overall scale was 0.759,and the Cronbach’sαcoefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.743 to 0.774.SpearBrown fractional half-reliability coefficient(unequal length)of the overall scale was 0.757,and SpearBrown fractional half-reliability coefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.732 to 0.776.Conclusion The Chinese version of EPDS-DEP-5 has good reliability and validity in evaluating depression in pregnant women and can be used as an auxiliary tool for rapid prediction and identification of high-risk groups of depression in China.
