摘 要:通过差示扫描量热法、X射线衍射和压缩性能测试等研究了退火对Zr_(55)Al_(10)Ni_(5)Cu_(30)非晶合金晶化过程和压缩性能的影响。结果表明:Zr_(55)Al_(10)Ni_(5)Cu_(30)非晶合金的玻璃转变温度和晶化行为与升温速率有关,随着升温速率的增加,玻璃转变温度T_(g)、初始晶化温度T_(x)、第一放热峰温度T_(p1)和第二放热峰温度T_(p2)均有所增加。Zr_(55)Al_(10)Ni_(5)Cu_(30)非晶合金在T_(g)以下的温度退火时,合金处于非晶态。合金在过冷液相区加热并保温足够的时间将发生相分离或晶化现象。F-Zr_(2)Ni和tP-AlZr相的析出与退火温度和保温时间有关,而tI-Zr_(2)Cu相只会在高于T_(p2)温度析出。当析出F-Zr_(2)Ni晶化相时,Zr_(55)Al_(10)Ni_(5)Cu_(30)非晶合金的抗压强度大幅减小,当析出tI-Zr_(2)Cu晶化相时,合金的抗压强度比析出F-Zr_(2)Ni晶化相时有所提高,但仍远小于铸态合金。Effect of annealing on crystallization process and compression properties of Zr_(55)Al_(10)Ni_(5)Cu_(30) amorphous alloy were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry,X-ray diffraction and compression properties test.The results show that the glass transition temperature and crystallization behavior of the Zr_(55)Al_(10)Ni_(5)Cu_(30) amorphous alloy are related to the heating rate.With the increase of heating rate,the glass transition temperature T_(g),the initial crystallization temperature T_(x),the first exothermic peak temperature T_(p1) and the second exothermic peak temperature T_(p2) all increase.When the Zr_(55)Al_(10)Ni_(5)Cu_(30) amorphous alloy is annealed at a temperature below T_(g),the alloy is in amorphous state.Phase separation or crystallization will occur when the alloy is heated in the supercooled liquid phase area and held for enough time.The precipitation of F-Zr_(2)Ni and tP-AlZrphases is related to annealing temperature and holding time,while tI-Zr_(2)Cu phase will only precipitate at the temperature higher than T_(p2).When the F-Zr_(2)Ni crystallized phase is precipitated,the compressive strength of the Zr_(55)Al_(10)Ni_(5)Cu_(30)amorphous alloy decreases greatly.When the tI-Zr_(2)Cu crystallized phase is precipitated,the compressive strength of the alloy is slightly higher than that when the F-Zr_(2)Ni crystallized phase is precipitated,but it is still much lower than that of the as-cast alloy.
