摘 要:废钢预热过程中表面会发生氧化脱碳现象,影响废钢在铁液中的熔化。选取20钢和T10A钢为研究对象,探究加热参数对废钢预热过程中氧化脱碳行为的影响规律。结果表明:20钢和T10A钢的氧化增重均随加热温度的升高和保温时间的增加而增加;通过氧化动力学分析得到20钢和T10A钢的氧化激活能分别为195.38 kJ/mol和181.25 kJ/mol;T10A钢的脱碳层厚度随加热温度的升高和保温时间的增加而增加。废钢预热过程中表面脱碳层的形成可为熔池内废钢快速熔化创造有利条件。Oxidation and decarburization will occur on the surface of scrap during preheating,which will affect the melting of scrap in molten iron.20 steel and T10 A steel were selected as the research objects to explore the influence of heating parameters on the oxidation and decarburization behavior of scrap during preheating.The results show that the oxidation mass gain of the 20 steel and T10 A steel increases with the increase of heating temperature and holding time.According to the oxidation kinetics analysis,the oxidation activation energies of the 20 steel and T10 A steel are 195.38 kJ/mol and 181.25 kJ/mol,respectively.The decarburization layer thickness of the T10 A steel increases with the increase of heating temperature and holding time.The formation of decarburization layer on the surface of scrap during preheating can provide favorable conditions for the rapid melting of scrap in the molten pool.
