摘 要:利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)与电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术等研究了Fe-Ga-Tb合金薄带轧制与退火过程中的微结构、织构及磁致伸缩性能演变规律。结果表明:初次再结晶退火板的平均晶粒尺寸为15.5μm,再结晶织构由{111}<112>为峰值的强γ织构与弱Goss织构组成,尺寸为30~150 nm的碳化物与硫化物析出相在初次再结晶基体均匀分布,这种微结构与织构特征可为Goss织构发生异常长大提供有利条件。当退火温度升高至925℃时,再结晶基体晶粒尺寸仅为25μm,少量Goss晶粒异常长大至2.5 mm,退火温度达到1000℃时,Goss晶粒达到厘米尺寸,占据样品表面的98%,仅残留少量非Goss织构的岛状晶粒。高温退火过程中随着二次再结晶对Goss织构的强化,Fe-Ga-Tb合金薄带的磁致伸缩系数大幅提高,1000℃退火后磁致伸缩系数可达284×10^(-6)。Microstructure,texture and magnetostrictive properties of Fe-Ga-Tb alloy thin sheet during rolling and annealing were studied by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)technique.The results show that the average grain size of the primary recrystallized annealing sheet is 15.5μm,the recrystallization texture is composed of strongγtexture with peak at{111}<112>and weak Goss texture,carbide and sulfide precipitates with a size of 30-150 nm are evenly distributed in the primary recrystallized matrix,and this microstructure and texture feature can provide favorable conditions for the abnormal growth of Goss texture.When the annealing temperature rises to 925℃,the grain size of recrystallized matrix is only 25μm,and a small amount of Goss grains grow abnormally to 2.5 mm.When the annealing temperature reaches 1000℃,Goss grains reach cm scale,accounting for 98%of the sample surface,leaving only a small amount of island grains with non-Goss texture.During high-temperature annealing,with the strengthening of Goss texture by secondary recrystallization,the magnetostrictive coefficient of the Fe-Ga-Tb alloy thin sheet increases greatly,and the magnetostrictive coefficient can reach 284×10^(-6)after annealing at 1000℃.
