摘 要:针对目前钙钛矿型红色荧光粉热稳定性较差的问题,以带隙和结构可调变的双钙钛矿型Sr_(2)GdNbO_(6)为基质、Eu^(3+)为激活离子,采用高温固相法成功制备双钙钛矿型Sr_(2)Gd_(1-x)NbO_(6):xEu^(3+)(x=0.04~0.12)红色荧光粉,通过X射线衍射、紫外-可见分光光度和荧光光谱分析对目标产物进行表征。结果表明:合成的荧光粉具有单斜晶体结构,其空间群为P21/c。结构分析表明:掺杂的铕以Eu^(3+)的化合态取代了基质Sr_(2)GdNbO_(6)中的Gd^(3+),形成了单一晶体结构的荧光粉。Sr_(2)Gd_(1-x)NbO_(6):xEu^(3+)荧光粉在蓝光λ_(ex)=468 nm和近紫外λ_(ex)=395 nm双波长激发下均呈现红橙色发射光,主发射峰中心波长位于622 nm和593 nm处,分别归属于Eu^(3+)的^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2)和^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1)能级跃迁。当Eu^(3+)的掺杂量为x=8%(摩尔分数),其蓝光激发的发光量子效率达到最高值16%。对比分析了双波长激发下温度(295~568 K)对其荧光强度和发光量子效率的影响。结果表明:蓝光λ_(ex)=468 nm激发下该荧光粉不仅发光量子效率高,而且其耐热稳定性也更高。在蓝光激发下样品Sr_(2)GdNbO_(6):0.08Eu^(3+)的荧光衰减平均寿命为0.841 ms,色坐标为(0.648、0.368),发光色纯度达到93%,是一种具有应用潜在前景的双波长响应的新型红色荧光材料。A series of Sr_(2)GdNbO_(6):xEu^(3+)(x=0.04-0.12)red phosphors were prepared by a high-temperature solid-phase method,and the target products were characterized by X-ray diffraction,UV-Vis spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that the synthesized phosphor has a monoclinic crystal structure with the space group P21/c.The structural analysis indicates that doped europium replaces Gd^(3+)ion in the matrix Sr_(2)GdNbO_(6)with the chemical state of Eu^(3+)ion,thus forming a single crystal structure phosphor.Sr_(2)GdNbO_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor exhibits a red-orange emission under dual-wavelength excitation of blue lightλ_(ex)of 468 nm and near-ultraviolet lightλ_(ex)of 395 nm,and the main emission peaks are centered at wavelengths of 622 nm and 593 nm,which belong to the^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2)and^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1)energy level transitions of Eu^(3+),respectively.When the doping amount(x)of Eu^(3+)is 8%,its luminescence quantum efficiency for blue light excitation reaches the maximum value of 16%.Based on the analysis and comparison of the temperature(295-568 K)effect on the emission intensity and quantum efficiency under dual-wavelength excitation,the phosphor has a high luminescence quantum efficiency under the excitation of blue lightλ_(ex)of 468 nm and a higher thermal stability.Under the excitation of blue light,the average fluorescence decay lifetime of the sample Sr_(2)GdNbO_(6):0.08Eu^(3+)is 0.841 ms,the color coordinates are(0.648,0.368),and the luminescence purity reaches 93%.This phosphor is a kind of red fluorescent material with the dual-wavelength response for a promising potential application.
