摘  要:为明确引起贵州八角叶枯病的病原种类及其生物学特性,本研究采用单孢分离法获得3个菌株,经形态学特征鉴定结合ITS、tef1和TUB多基因序列分析,3个菌株均被鉴定为庐山拟盘多毛孢Pestalotiopsis lushanensis,这是该菌在八角上引起叶枯病的首次报道。生物学特性研究表明,该菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发最佳温度为25℃,最适pH为6~7,菌丝致死温度为50℃处理10 min,分生孢子致死温度为55℃处理10 min。The identity and biological characteristics of the pathogen causing leaf blight of star anise(Illicium verum) in Guizhou province were explored in this study.Three strains were obtained by single-spore isolation to be associated with the lesions.Based on their morphological characteristics and multi-locus(ITS,tef1 and TUB) phylogenic data,these strains were identified as Pestalotiopsis lushanensis.This is the first report of I.verum leaf blight caused by P.lushanensis.In culture tests,the optimum conditions for mycelial growth and conidia germination were 25℃ and pH 6-7.The lethal temperatures for mycelium and conidium were 50℃ and 55℃ for 10 min,respectively.
