精准医学背景下冠心病痰瘀互结证辨治研究进展

摘　　要：冠心病是威胁人类健康的常见临床疾病,中医学认为痰浊、瘀血相互交阻是冠心病心绞痛发病的常见病理因素。精准医学是现代生物信息学、医学信息学与大数据交叉发展形成的新型医学概念和医疗模式,现代精准医学背景下,从客观技术及医患主观期许要求上,提高临床医学的靶向性和精准性已成为中西医学医疗实践行为共同追求的目标,因此深入冠心病痰瘀互结证的客观化研究,对中医药在冠心病防治领域发挥作用优势具有重要意义。该文基于国内外的相关研究与报道,从冠心病痰瘀互结证的病因病机、客观化研究以及临床治疗等方面浅析冠心病痰瘀互结证的研究进展,以期为冠心病的诊疗思路提供借鉴。Coronary heart disease is a common clinical disease threatening human health.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that turbid phlegm and blood stasis are common pathological factors in the onset of coronary heart disease and angina.Precision medicine is a new medical concept and medical model formed by the cross-development of modern bioinformatics,medical informatics and big data.Under the background of modern precision medicine,it improves the targeting and performance of clinical medicine in terms of objective technology and subjective expectations of doctors and patients.Accuracy has become the goal pursued by both Chinese and Western medical practice.Therefore,indepth study of the objective research on the mutual syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in coronary heart disease is of great significance to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of coronary heart disease prevention and treatment.Based on relevant research and reports at home and abroad,this article analyzes the research progress of the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in coronary heart disease from the etiology,pathogenesis,objective research and clinical treatment of the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in coronary heart disease,with a view to the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
