摘　　要：高血压病是一种常见的慢性病,过高的血压会导致头痛头晕,严重者还可诱发脑出血,这些症状对人们的生活质量造成严重影响。该病的病理基础是各种因素导致的水钠潴留或血管内皮损伤,西药主要通过调节肾素血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,RAAS)紊乱来治疗高血压病。但西药不良反应明显,需要长期服药,且对于高血压伴随症状如胸闷、心悸等并无明显作用,而中药在这一方面具有显著优势,疗效明显,且药物依赖性较低。该文通过梳理近年来对高血压机制研究的相关文献,以及中药治疗高血压病的相关文献及实验研究,分析整理出高血压发病机制以及中药降压机制,以期为新药靶点的研究提供思路,抑或有助于提高临床医生的科研水平。Hypertension is a common chronic disease.Excessive blood pressure can lead to headache and dizziness,even induce cerebral hemorrhage in severe cases.These symptoms seriously affect people's quality of life.The pathological basis of the disease is water and sodium retention or vascular endothelial injury caused by various factors.Western medicine mainly treats hypertension by regulating the disorder of RAAS.However,Western medicine has obvious side effects,people have to take medicine for a long time,meanwhile,it has no significant effect on the accompanying symptoms of hypertension,such as chest tightness and palpitations,while traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in this respect,with obvious curative effect and low drug dependence.This paper sorted out the pathogenesis of hypertension and the antihypertensive mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine by combing the relevant literature on the mechanism of hypertension in recent years,as well as the relevant literature and experimental research on the treatment of hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide ideas for the research of new drug targets,or help improve the level of clinical doctors'scientific research.
