老年高血压病中医证候与舌象客观化指标相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探索老年高血压病患者中医证候与舌象客观化指标的相关性,为老年高血压病舌象与中医证候客观化发展奠定基础。方法应用TDA-1舌诊仪采集老年高血压病患者舌象,将采集到的图片导入由天津中医药大学研发的中医舌像智能辅助诊断系统进行分析,获取舌图参数。应用SPSS 25.0软件分析中医证候与舌图参数的相关性。结果(1)舌尖:头重、乏力、身重与舌质R、B值呈正相关;头重、身重、口苦与舌苔R、G、B值呈正相关。(2)舌左边:头重、乏力、身重与舌质R、G、B值呈正相关;头重、乏力、身重、口苦与舌苔R、G、B值呈正相关。(3)舌右边:头重、乏力、身重、口苦与舌质R、G、B值呈正相关;头重、乏力、身重、口苦、口干、面色晦暗与舌苔R、G、B值呈正相关。(4)舌中:头重、身重、面色晦暗与舌苔R、G、B值呈正相关。(5)舌根:头重、口苦、乏力与舌质R、G、B值呈正相关;头重、乏力、身重、面色晦暗与舌苔R、G、B值呈正相关。结论舌诊客观化指标与中医证候存在相关性,可为临床老年高血压病辨证论治提供依据。Objective To explore the correlation between TCM syndromes and objective indicators of tongue image in elderly patients with hypertension,and lay a foundation for the development of objective indicators of tongue image and TCM syndromes in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods TDA-1 tongue diagnostic instrument was used to collect tongue images of elderly patients with hypertension,and the images were imported into the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system of TCM tongue image developed by Tianjin university of traditional Chinese medicine for analysis,and the parameters of tongue image were obtained.SPSS25.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between TCM syndromes and tongue diagram parameters.Results(1)Tip of tongue:head weight,fatigue and body weight were positively correlated with R and B of tongue;Head weight,body weight and bitter mouth were positively correlated with R,G and B values of tongue coating.(2)Left tongue:head weight,fatigue and body weight were positively correlated with R,G and B of tongue;Head weight,fatigue,body weight and bitter mouth were positively correlated with R,G and B values of tongue coating.(3)Right tongue:head weight,fatigue,body weight and bitter mouth were positively correlated with R,G and B of tongue;The R,G and B values of tongue coating were positively correlated with head weight,fatigue,body weight,bitter mouth,dry mouth and dark complexion.(4)In the tongue:head weight,body weight and dark complexion are positively correlated with R,G and B values of tongue coating.(5)Tongue root:head weight,bitter mouth and fatigue were positively correlated with R,G and B values of tongue;Head weight,fatigue,body weight and dark complexion were positively correlated with R,G and B values of tongue coating.Conclusion There is a correlation between the objective indexes of tongue diagnosis and TCM syndromes,which can provide a basis for clinical treatment of senile hypertension.
