摘　　要：肥胖不仅损害身心健康,降低生活质量,也对诸多疾病的发生发展有重要影响,已成为全球人类死亡的第五大风险因素。中医学和西医学对肥胖的研究和治疗虽已取得一定成效,但尚未达到令人满意的效果。科学和深入地探究肥胖中医学病因、病位、病性以及现代医学研究,对肥胖的防御和治疗有十分重要的意义。以证素为核心的辨证体系可以科学化、标准化的用于证素诊断,规范了中医学评价体系和诊疗标准;代谢组学可通过多种不同形式定量、定性分析和识别生物体液及代谢产物的变化,映射生命体的整体功能状态。该文以中医证素和代谢组学角度出发,结合肥胖发病原因和致病特点,对三者之间的关联性和相关研究进展进行检索和综述,以期为临床治疗肥胖提供参佐。Obesity not only damages physical and mental health and reduces the quality of life,but also has an important impact on the occurrence and development of many diseases,and has become the fifth largest risk factor for human death worldwide.Although the research and treatment of obesity in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have achieved certain results,they have not yet achieved satisfactory results.Scientific and in-depth exploration of the causes,locations,pathogenesis and modern medical research in obesity are of great significance to the defense and treatment of obesity.The dialectical system with the evidence as the core can be used for scientific and standardized diagnosis of the evidence,standardizes the evaluation system and diagnosis and treatment standards of traditional Chinese medicine,and metabolomics can quantitatively analyze and identify changes in biological fluids and metabolites through a variety of different forms,mapping the overall functional state of living organisms.From the perspective of TCM evidence and metabolomics,combined with the pathogenesis and pathogenic characteristics of obesity,the correlation between the three and the relevant research progress are retrieved and reviewed,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of obesity.
