温胆汤治疗抑郁症临床及实验研究进展

摘　　要：温胆汤出自《集验方》,经后世医家化裁、发展,使该方不仅用于治疗胆寒证,还用于治疗痰热证。核心病机为胆枢不利,痰热内扰。其临床表现为心中惊悸、失眠不寐、精神抑郁等。“胆者,中正之官”“凡十一脏,取决于胆也”“胆者,少阳春生之气”则表明全身的阳气升发离不开胆的枢转作用。温胆汤能够燥湿理气,利胆和胃,除烦止呕,以助胆之枢转之力。抑郁症多有情绪低落、思维迟缓、认知功能障碍等症状。在现代药理研究中,温胆汤成分通过抗炎、抗氧化等减轻抑郁症状。在原发性抑郁症和久病后继发性抑郁症均有良好疗效。现对温胆汤在抑郁症中的研究进行综述,找出未涉及之相关机制,为今后研究方向提供思路,使其更好的在抑郁症上发挥治疗优势。Wendan Decoction(温胆汤)was derived from Centralized Inspection Party,and developed by later doctors,it is not only used to treat gallbladder-cold syndrome,but also used to treat phlegmheat syndrome. The core pathogenesis is dyslipidemia,internal disturbance of phlegm-heat. The clinical manifestations were palpitation in the heart,insomnia and depression.“Gallbladder,the official of the Zhongzheng”“Where the eleven dirty,depending on the gallbladder also”“gallbladder,Shaoyang Chunsheng Qi”that the whole body of Yang-qi rising and expanding can not be separated from the role of the gallbladder pivot. Wendan Decoction can dry dampness and regulate Qi,cholagogue and stomach,in addition to upset and stop vomiting,to help the gall of the power of the pivot. In modern pharmacology research,the components of Wendan Decoction can relieve depression symptoms by anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation. In the primary depression and secondary depression after long-term illness have a good effect. This article reviews the study of Wendan Decoction in depression,and finds out the related mechanism which is not involved in the study,so as to provide ideas for future research,so as to better play its advantages in treatment of depression.
