欧美民粹主义逆全球化思潮的演变、根源及消解

摘　　要：近几年来,民粹主义逆全球化思潮在欧美及全世界急流涌动,这严重阻滞了世界经济全球化的前进步伐。虽然这一社会思潮与列宁当年所批判的俄国民粹派的反全球化思潮存在许多社会政治与经济纲领的差别与变化,但民粹主义的本质没有根本改变,都具有草根性、批判性、非理性、反建制、仇官、仇富、仇精英等共同的思想文化特征。基于列宁对俄国民粹派世界历史观和帝国主义金融垄断资本全球化弊端两个批判视角,运用马克思列宁主义阶级分析、历史分析、结构分析等方法研究当代民粹主义逆全球化思潮的阶级实质、两面性及全球化的不平衡结构,对于丰富和完善马克思主义民粹主义批判理论以及中国特色社会主义再全球化理论,具有重要意义。In recent years,rising populist anti-globalization ideas surged in Europe and the United States and the world has seriously hindered the pace of globalization of the world economy.Despite many differences and changes of socio-political and economic programs between the trend and the one from Russian populist that Lenin criticized,the essence of populism has not fundamentally changed.They have common ideological and cultural characteristics such as grassroots,criticism,irrationalism,anti-institution,hatred of officials,the rich and elites.Based on Lenin’s two critical perspectives on the Russian populist view of world history and the globalization of imperialist financial monopoly capital,the paper is of great significance to enrich the Marxist populist critical theory and the re-globalization theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics by using Marxist-Leninist class analysis,historical analysis,structural analysis and other methods to study the class essence and duplicity of contemporary populist anti-globalization ideology and imbalance structure of the globe.
