摘　　要：医院作为传染病疫情防控的前哨,是传染病防控工作中的关键环节之一.充分利用并完善医院信息系统将提高传染病管理工作的质量.本研究通过问卷调查了解医院传染病管理信息系统使用的现状,分析现存不足,探讨采用人工智能等高新技术建立整合患者诊疗信息、传染病病例监测、预警信息推送为一体的医院传染病实时监测预警系统,实现传染病信息自助上报,自动捕捉疑似聚集性传染病疫情信息,提高传染病疫情的监测预警能力,为医院传染病管理信息系统建设发展提供参考.As the outpost of infectious disease epidemic prevention and control,hospital is one of the key links in infectious disease prevention and control.Making full use of and improving hospital information systems will improve the quality of infectious disease management.In this study,the current situation of the use of hospital infectious disease management information systems was investigated through questionnaires,and the existing deficiencies were analyzed.This study also discussed the use of artificial intelligence and other high-tech technologies to establish a hospital infectious disease real-time monitoring and early warning system that integrates patient diagnosis and treatment information,infectious disease case monitoring,and early warning information push.The system realized the automatic capture of infectious disease information of suspected clusters of infectious diseases,self-reporting,improved the monitoring and early warning capabilities of infectious diseases,and provided reference for the construction and development of hospital infectious disease management information systems.
