摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤科护士对临终护理的体验,为推动临终护理的发展提供依据.方法通过质性研究方法,对12名肿瘤科护士进行半结构化深度访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法整理分析访谈结果.结果共提炼出4个主题:复杂的情感、感知临终护理知识的重要性、感知人文素养的必要性和缺少临终关怀设施.结论肿瘤科护士对临终护理体验是多方面的,医院管理者应重视护士的身心健康,强化对临终护理知识的培训教育,加强护士人文素质,实施灵性照护,为临终患者提供更优质的照顾.Objective To explore the experience of oncology nurses on end-of-life nursing,and to provide a basis for promoting the development of end-of-life nursing.Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 12 nurses from oncology department by qualitative research method,and the interview results were sorted and analyzed by Colaizzi's sevenstep analysis method.Results Four themes were extracted:complex emotions,perceived importance of end-of-life nursing knowledge,perceived need for humanistic literacy,and lack of end-of-life care facilities.Conclusions Oncology nurses have various experiences in end-of-life nursing,and hospital managers should pay attention to them to improve the physical and mental health of nurses,strengthen the training and education on end—of^life nursing knowledge,strengthen the humanistic quality of nurses,implement spiritual care,and provide better care for end-of-life patients.
