摘　　要：传统口服药发放过程中有许多复杂的因素会影响患者的用药安全.利用信息技术对口服药摆药、核对、发放、宣教等各个环节进行数字化管理,实现自动摆药机按“时间”顺序摆药,“口服药品图鉴”软件、闭环质量管理、高风险药物预警等信息系统辅助,保证了住院患者口服药的用药安全,降低了药物相关性差错的发生率.There are many complex factors in the process of traditional oral drug distribution that will affect the drug safety of patients.The use of information technology to digitally manage all aspects of oral medicine placement,check,distribution,publicity and education,etc.,realizes the automatic placement of medicines in the order of"time".With the assistance of information systems such as the"Oral Drug Book"software,closed-loop quality management,and high-risk drug early warning,the safety of oral drugs for hospitalized patients is guaranteed and the incidence of drug-related errors is reduced.
