摘　　要：长三角一体化战略作为国家重大经济发展战略,多年来得到国家的高度重视。医疗卫生事业的一体化高质量发展是长三角发展战略的重要一环。本文基于管理学领域的协同理论,从协同主体、协同理念、协同机制、协同方法四大维度,制定长三角医疗卫生一体化高质量发展协同路径图并提出如优化顶层设计,建立信任合作机制与发展协同平台、聚焦数字化建设与科技引领、促进医疗、医保、医药间的有效联动、完善人才、财政等保障机制、建立统一集成的重大公共卫生应急体系等关键发展策略,以期打造医疗卫生区域高质量发展全国样本,形成健康增长极,为全国城市群的发展提供借鉴。As a major national economic development strategy,the strategy for integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta has been highly valued by the national government for many years.The integrated and high-quality development of medical and health undertakings is an important part of the integrated development strategy.Based on the synergy theory in the field of management,this paper formulated the path of integrated high-quality development of medical and health undertakings in the Yangtze River Delta from four dimensions of synergistic subject,synergistic concept,synergistic mechanism and synergistic method,and put forward key countermeasures,such as optimizing the top-level design,establishing trust and cooperation mechanism and synergistic development platform,focusing on digital construction and scientific and technological guidance,promoting effective linkage among medical treatment,medical insurance and medicine,improving talents and financing and other support mechanisms,and establishing an integrated major public health emergency system,so as to create a national model of high-quality regional development of medical and healthcare,form a healthy growth pole,and provide reference for the development of national urban agglomerations.
