摘  要:目的探讨医院跨科收治患者的服务模式开展情况及影响因素。方法选取医院负责收治患者入院的11名护士进行面对面半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析进行资料分析。结果根据访谈内容提炼出影响跨科收治患者的四个主题,即培训体系不完善、跨科收治制度有待完善、跨科医护交流与协作不顺畅、跨科收治奖励未透明化。结论影响医院实行跨科收治患者服务模式的因素主要有四方面,可通过完善培训和考核体系,保障跨学科护理的同质化;制定和实施床位调配方案;加强临床科室医护沟通,建立安全高效的合作机制;合理分配调床护理绩效,实现跨科收治患者服务模式的良性发展。Objective To explore the service mode of patient admission across departments and influencing factors.Methods Semi-structured interview was conducted face to face in 11 nurses responsible for patient admission,and Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used for data analysis.Results Four themes were extracted from the interview content:the training system was imperfect,the cross-departmental patient admission system needed to be improved,the cross-departmental communication and cooperation among doctors and nurses were not smooth,and the reward for cross-departmental patient admission was not transparent.Conclusion The service mode of cross-departmental patient admission is affected by four factors,and can be promoted by improving the training and assessment system;ensuring the homogeneity of crossdepartment nursing,formulating and implementing bed allocation plans,strengthening the communication among doctors and nurses in clinical departments,and establishing a safe and efficient cooperation mechanism,and rationally allocating the performance of beds.
