互联网+医护联合模式对门诊包皮手术管理的时效与疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨互联网联合医护模式用于门诊包皮手术患儿的管理及效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年12月中山市中医院泌尿外科门诊3600例进行包皮手术的患儿进行回顾性研究,根据门诊手术管理模式不同分为对照组和试验组各1800例。结果试验组患儿的候诊时间、术后止痛药物使用时间、脱环结束时间、创口愈合时间均显著优于对照组患儿(p<0.05),试验组患儿的疼痛程度评分低于对照组,专注程度和舒适程度评分均显著高于对照组患儿(p<0.05),试验组患儿的术后并发症发生情况显著少于对照组患儿(p<0.05)。结论相比于使用常规门诊管理模式,包皮手术患儿使用互联网联合医护管理模式的效果更佳,术后并发症发生概率相对较低。Objective To explore the effect of Internet plus medical care model on the management of outpatients undergoing circumcision surgery.Methods A total of 3600 patients who underwent circumcision surgery in the urology clinic of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to December 2020 were included for retrospective study.According to the different management modes of outpatient surgery,they were divided into control group(n=1800)and experimental group(n=1800).Results The waiting time of surgery,duration of postoperative analgesic drug use,time interval between surgery and ring falling off,and time interval between surgery and wound healing of the patients in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(p<0.05).The pain score of the patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of concentration and comfort were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the routine outpatient management mode,Internet plus medical care model has better effect and lower probability of postoperative complications in the patients with circumcision.
