二陈四七汤合针刺治疗慢性咽炎患者的疗效及复发率

摘　　要：目的观察二陈四七汤合针刺治疗慢性咽炎(CP)患者的效果。方法选取2019年4月至2021年5月我院收治的80例CP患者当作研究对象,按随机数字表法分为常规组(n=40)、研究组(n=40),常规组采用常规西医治疗,研究组在常规组基础上采用二陈四七汤合针刺治疗。比较2组疗效、复发率、治疗前与治疗2周后中医证候积分、炎症因子水平[白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、免疫因子水平[分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)]。结果研究组治疗总有效率90.00%较常规组70.00%高(P<0.05);治疗2周后,研究组中医证候积分明显较常规组低(P<0.05);治疗2周后,研究组IL-6、TNF-α、IgE水平明显较常规组低,SIgA、IgA水平明显较常规组高(P<0.05);研究组复发率2.50%较常规组25.00%低(P<0.05)。结论二陈四七汤合针刺治疗CP疗效显著,能有效缓解临床症状,减轻炎症反应,增强免疫功能,且能很好控制复发率。Objective To observe the effect of Erchen Siqi decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with chronic pharyngitis(CP).Methods 80 patients with CP treated in our hospital from April 2019 to may 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into routine group(n=40)and study group(n=40).The routine group was treated with routine western medicine,and the study group was treated with Erchen Siqi Decoction Combined with acupuncture on the basis of the routine group.The curative effect,recurrence rate,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level[interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor]before and 2 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups-α(TNF-α),Immune factor level[secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA),immunoglobulin A(IGA),immunoglobulin E(IGE)].Results the total effective rate of 90.00%in the study group was higher than 70.00%in the routine group(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,IL-6 and TNF in the study group-α.The levels of IgE,SIgA and IgA in the routine group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of 2.50%in the study group was lower than 25.00%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Erchen Siqi decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of CP,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction,enhance immune function,and control the recurrence rate.
