摘  要:某矿副井井筒罐道由于使用时间长,磨损锈蚀严重,存在罐道与罐耳配合间隙超、罐笼运行震动大等安全隐患。改变井筒内原有的罐道(43 kg/m道轨)布置在罐笼两侧的模式,选用方钢罐道,布置在罐笼两端,采用滚轮替代滑块,对罐道梁的固定方式也进行了修改,同时对罐笼进行了改造,更换2台配套的新罐笼。实际应用效果表明,该矿实现了在不停产的状态下对副井罐道进行更换改造,有一定的借鉴意义。Due to the long service time and serious wear and corrosion of the tank way in the auxiliary shaft of a mine,there are safety hidden dangers,such as the excessive fit gap between the tank way and the tank ear,and the large vibration of the cage during operation.Change the mode that the original tank track(43 kg/m track)in the shaft is arranged on both sides of the cage,select the square steel tank track,which is arranged at both ends of the cage,and use the roller to replace the slider.At the same time,the cage was transformed and two matching new cages were replaced.The practical application results showed that the auxiliary shaft can be replaced and reconstructed without stopping production,which has certain reference significance.
