摘  要:为了解决个性化定制与大规模生产的矛盾,应用CPS技术和模块化制造单元,建立了完整的可重构制造系统,实现大规模个性化定制产品生产流程的高效协同。在研究了面向大规模个性化定制可重构系统特性的基础上,构建了基于CPS的可重构制造系统架构,研究了可重构系统的关键核心技术。建立的系统可以将生产制造的复杂行为转换为实际数据信息,通过重构分析、智能决策和动态优化调整模块化制造单元,使整个生产环节的制造资源处于有序可控状态。通过在互联工厂展开应用落地验证,结果表明了该系统的可行性和有效性。In order to solve the contradiction between personalized customization and mass production,a complete reconfigurable manufacturing system was established by using CPS technology and modular manufacturing unit to realize the efficient cooperation of mass personalized customization product production process.Based on the study of the characteristics of reconfigurable system for mass customization,the architecture of reconfigurable manufacturing system based on CPS was constructed,and the key core technologies of reconfigurable system were studied.The established system converted the complex behavior of production and manufacturing into actual data information,and made the manufacturing resources in the whole production link in an orderly and controllable state through reconfiguration analysis,intelligent decision-making and dynamic optimization and adjustment of modular manufacturing units.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the system were verified by the application in the interconnected factory.
