摘 要:随着消费者消费观念的改变,对服装革的要求逐渐向高性能超薄性质方向发展。通过对制革湿态染整的回软脱脂、复鞣、填充、加脂工序进行设计与优化,采用多次脱脂、二次中和、铬-铝复鞣、二次填充、分步加脂等方法,制备了服装用坯革。通过选择合适的皮革化工材料,经试验工艺加工制造的坯革,可有效提升服装革的柔软度和抗撕裂性能,制备出了性能优良的超薄轻型绵羊服装革。With the change of consumers'consumption concept,the requirements for garment leather are gradually developing towards the direction of high performance and ultra-thin properties.Through the design and optimization of the softening and degreasing,retanning,filling,and fatliquoring processes of leather,the using of multiple degreasing,secondary neutralization,chrome-aluminum retanning,secondary filling,distributed fatliquoring and other methods,the raw leather for clothing was prepared.By selecting suitable leather chemical materials and processing the raw leather through the experimental process,the softness and tear resistance of the garment leather can be effectively improved,and the ultra-thin and lightweight sheep garment leather with excellent performance was prepared.
