摘  要:以角蛋白和三聚氰胺树脂为原料,通过缩合反应制备了角蛋白/三聚氰胺树脂复合材料,探讨了反应pH值、反应温度、反应时间、角蛋白和三聚氰胺树脂质量之比对复合材料粒径、粒径分布系数和zeta电位的影响,并将复合材料应用于制革复鞣填充工序测试成革物理机械性能。结果表明:当反应pH值为7,温度为40℃,时间为4 h,角蛋白与三聚氰胺树脂质量之比为2∶8时,复合材料粒径分布最为集中,阴离子性最强。将复合材料应用于复鞣填充工序,与未改性角蛋白和市售蛋白填料相比,成革物理机械性能有所提高。Using keratin and melamine resin as raw materials,keratin/melamine resin composites were prepared by condensation reaction.The effects of pH value,reaction temperature,reaction time,the ratio of keratin to melamine resin mass on composite particle size,particle size distribution coefficient and zeta potential were investigated,and the composite material was applied to leather retanning and filling process to test the physico-mechanical properties of leather.The results show that when the reaction pH is 7,the temperature is 40℃,the time is 4 h,and the mass ratio of keratin and melamine resin is 2∶8,the particle size distribution of the composite material is the most concentrated and the anionicity is the strongest.The physico-mechanical properties of the finished leather are improved compared to unmodified keratin and commercially available protein fillers when the composite material is applied to the retanning filling process.
