摘  要:为应对当前可穿戴设备与医疗服务智能化的现实需求,改进设计了第二代可穿戴式压电式步态分析系统。新系统采用专业定制压力采集鞋垫,主控系统板采用高效能、功能全面的STM32F103C8芯片,并对配套的步态分析APP进行界面和功能优化设计。经系统测试,该系统主控系统板与APP数据传输良好,APP各项功能测试正常,该系统能准确采集人体足底压力信号,并实现采集数据回看,步态分析功能能实现对正常足、扁平足、高弓足的初步判断,并给出初步建议,还可实现摔倒检测。因此,改进后的系统具有可穿戴性强、能耗低、数据传输及时准确等特点,步态分析功能更加完善,具备一定的临床应用和推广价值。In response to the current practical demand of wearable devices and intelligent medical services,the second-generation of wearable piezoelectric gait analysis system was explored.The new system features professional custom pressure collection insoles,the main control system board adopts the efficient and fully functional STM32F103C8 chip,and performs the interface and function optimization design for the supporting gait analysis APP.After the system test,the main control system board and APP data transmission are good,and the APP function test is normal,the system can accurately collect human plantar pressure signal and realize data review,the gait analysis function can realize the preliminary judgment of normal foot,flat foot and high bow foot,and give preliminary suggestions,and also realize fall detection.Therefore,the improved system has the characteristics of strong wearability,low energy consumption,and timely and accurate data transmission,the gait analysis function is more perfect,and it has certain clinical application and promotion value.
