摘  要:为进一步拓宽鞣制废铬屑的应用范围,以非铬多金属配合物鞣制废革屑为原料制备的3种等电点不同的降解物(DCH-1:5.23;DCH-2:4.15和DCH-3:3.73)为研究对象,考察了其作为染整助剂在生物基醛鞣革加工中的应用性能。结果表明,3种DCH均可在一定程度上提升革坯的收缩温度,且不会降低坯革的柔软度。相较于采用常规工艺制得坯革,DCH-1降低了坯革的抗张强度和撕裂强度(从21.8 N/mm^(2)和67.3 N/mm分别降低至8.7 N/mm^(2)和50.6 N/mm),但DCH-2和DCH-3对上述强度具有一定的提升作用。此外,DCH-2和DCH-3可显著提升坯革的丰满性,同时DCH-3还可改善坯革的染色均匀性。总体而言,具有适宜等电点的DCH可作为一种皮革染整加工的功能性助剂使用。To further expand the application scope of tanned waste leather shavings,three kinds of degraded products with different isoelectric points(DCH-1:5.23;DCH-2:4.15 and DCH-3:3.73)prepared from non-chrome multi-metal complex tanned waste leather shavings were used as post-tanning auxiliaries in the processing of biobased aldehyde tanned leather.The application performances were investigated.Results show that the three kinds of DCHs could increase the shrinkage temperature of the leather crust to a certain extent,and would not decrease the softness of the crust leather.Compared with the crust leather prepared from conventional process,DCH-1 reduces the tensile and tear strengths of crust leather(from 21.8 N/mm^(2)and 67.3 N/mm to 8.7 N/mm^(2)and 50.6 N/mm,respectively),but DCH-2 and DCH-3 have a certain enhancement effect on the above strengths.In addition,DCH-2 and DCH-3 can significantly improve the fullness of the crust leather,and DCH-3 can also update the dyeing uniformity.In general,the DCH with a suitable isoelectric point can be used as a functional auxiliary for the post-tanning of leather.
