摘　　要：第五项修炼理论视域下的高校辅导员工作室建设存在的问题涵盖辅导员工作室建设的共同愿景,辅导员工作室成员的团队学习、自我超越、心智模式、系统思考等方面。第五项修炼理论视域下的高校辅导员工作室的建设路径主要有建立共同愿景,确定建设方向;开展团队学习,提供前进动力;实现自我超越,突破发展瓶颈;改善心智模式,提升思维品质;进行系统思考,解决复杂问题。The problems existing in the construction of college counselors’ studios from the perspective of the fifth discipline theory mainly include the common vision of the construction of counselors’ studios,and the team learning,self-transcendent,mental model and systematic thinking of the members of counselors’ studios.The construction path of college counselors’ studios from the perspective of fifth discipline theory mainly includes establishing a common vision to determine the direction of construction;carrying out team learning to provide forward motivation;achieving self-transcendent to break through the bottleneck of development;improving the mental model to improve the quality of thinking;making systematic thinking to solve complex problems.
