摘　　要：目的深入了解患者在麻醉恢复期的不悦症状体验,为临床麻醉护士的症状管理工作提供参考依据。方法2020年12月至2021年3月,采用立意取样法选择南昌市某三级甲等综合性医院收治的在麻醉恢复室复苏过的手术患者为研究对象,对其进行半结构式访谈。运用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析,最终形成主题。结果患者在麻醉恢复期的不悦症状体验主要为呼吸困难、疼痛、导尿管相关膀胱刺激症、口渴、术中知晓。结论全身麻醉患者在麻醉恢复期内存在着一定不悦症状,易被医护人员默认或忽视。麻醉医护人员需在常规护理的基础上,针对实际情况,制定、实施精准苏醒护理方案。Objective To investigate the unpleasant symptoms of patients during emergence from general anesthesia,and to provide reference for clinical anesthesia nurses in the symptoms management.Methods From December 2020 to March 2021,purpose sampling method was used to select surgical patients who had been resuscitated in the anesthesia recovery room in a tertiary A hospital in Nanchang as the research objects,and semi-structured interviews were conducted with them.Colaizzi analysis method was used to analyze the data and finally form the theme.Results The main unpleasant symptoms experienced by patients during anesthesia recovery were dyspnea,pain,catheter-related bladder irritation,thirst,and intraoperative awareness.Conclusions Patients with general anesthesia have some unpleasant symptoms during the recovery period of anesthesia,which are easy to be ignored by medical staff.On the basis of routine nursing,anesthesia medical staff should formulate and implement accurate recovery nursing plan according to the actual situation.
