摘　　要：目的系统评价虚拟现实疗法在缓解儿童静脉穿刺疼痛的效果,为减轻儿童静脉穿刺疼痛提供新方法。方法计算机检索维普、万方、中国知网、PubMed、EMbase等数据库中虚拟现实疗法应用于儿童静脉穿刺的干预性研究。检索时间为建库至2021年6月。两名研究者对纳入文献进行偏倚风险评价及分析。结果最终纳入8篇文献,共纳入623例患儿。虚拟现实疗法组的Wong Baker面部表情疼痛量表评分[WMD=-0.61,95%CI(-1.00~-0.22),P=0.002]、疼痛视觉模拟评分[WMD=-0.37,95%CI(-0.64~-0.10),P=0.007]以及儿童恐惧量表评分[WMD=-1.52,95%CI(-1.86~-1.18),P<0.00001],与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论虚拟现实疗法可缓解儿童静脉穿刺操作中的疼痛和恐惧。Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of virtual reality therapy in relieving the venipuncture pain in children,and to provide a new intervention method.Methods The intervention study of virtual reality therapy for venipuncture pain in children was searched by VIP,WanFang,CNKI,PubMed,EMbase database.Retrieval time was from inception to June 2021.The literature was independently screened by two researchers and bias risk was assessed.Results 8 articles were finally included in the literature with 623 samples.The Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale was[WMD=-0.61,95%CI(-1.00~-0.22),P=0.002],the Visual Analogue Scale was[WMD=-0.37,95%CI(-0.64~-0.10),P=0.007],and the Child Fear Scale was[WMD=-1.52,95%CI(-1.86~-1.18),P<0.00001].The differences were statistically significant.Conclusions Virtual reality therapy can relieve the pain and fear in children’s venipuncture operations.
