摘　　要：目的应用网状Meta分析方法研究皮肤保护剂在失禁性皮炎护理中的应用效果,为失禁相关性皮炎(incontinence-associated dermatitis,IAD)护理中皮肤保护剂的选择提供依据。方法计算机检索EMBASE、PubMed、Web of science、Cochrane Library、CNKI、CBM、万方等数据库中不同皮肤保护剂对失禁性皮炎护理效果的随机对照试验。检索时间均为建库至2021年4月20日。应用STATA 16.0软件进行网状Meta分析。结果共纳入45篇文献包含50项研究,涉及17种皮肤保护剂。IAD发生率方面,赛肤润与其他皮肤保护剂相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);IAD发生时间方面,鞣酸软膏与其他皮肤保护剂相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);IAD治疗有效率方面,蒙脱石散与其他皮肤保护剂相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);IAD愈合时间方面,硅酮敷料与其他皮肤保护剂比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论IAD的预防可选择赛肤润及鞣酸软膏;治疗可选择蒙脱石散及硅酮敷料。Objective To analyze the application effect of skin protectants in the nursing of incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD)by network Meta-analysis method,and to provide a basis for the selection of skin protectants in the nursing of incontinence-associated dermatitis.Methods A systematic search of EMBASE,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database from inception to April 2021 was carried out.Network Meta-analysis was performed using STATA16.0 software.Results A total of 45 articles including 50 studies involving 17 skin protectants were included.Compared with other skin protectant,the effect of Sanyrene in preventing IAD was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with other skin protectant,the effect of Tannic Acid Ointment in delaying the occurrence time of IAD was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with other skin protectant,the effect of Montmorillonite powder in treating IAD was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with other skin protectant,the effect of Silicone dressing in reducing the time of treatment was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The existing evidence showed that Sanyrene and Tannic Acid Ointment can be available for preventing IAD.Montmorillonite powder and Silicone dressing can be available for treatment of IAD.
