摘　　要：介绍全国大学生医学技术技能大赛护理学专业赛道西南西北分区赛的竞赛内容;分析了失分5个原因,主要包括“三基”知识不扎实、临床思维和决策能力不足、人文关怀和爱伤意识不够等;并提出来3项教学改革建议,即设置综合能力整合课程、组建教学案例库和优化实验教学方法。The contents of the southwest and northwest areas of the National College Students Medical Technical Skills Competition for Nursing Majors were introduced.The reasons for losing points in the competition were analyzed,including the lack of solid knowledge of“three basics”,the lack of clinical thinking and decision-making ability,and the lack of humanistic care and love for the patients.Three suggestions for teaching reform are put forward,namely,setting up comprehensive ability to integrate courses,building teaching case base and optimizing experimental teaching methods.
