姜黄素作饲料添加剂对仔猪生产性能的影响——以湘西小黄姜为例

摘　　要：姜黄素是从姜科、天南星科一些植物的根茎中提取的一种物质,而湘西小黄姜属于小种生姜。从生姜中提取的姜黄素因具抗氧化性的药用功效,可以代替合成抗生素用于饲料添加剂。该文通过在饲料中添加湘西小黄姜姜黄素进行仔猪生产性能、肉质及胴体参数影响的实验。实验结果表明,湘西小黄姜姜黄素能有效提高仔猪的生产性能。Curcumin is a substance extracted from the rhizomes of some plants of Zingiberaceae and Araceae,while Xiangxi turmeric belongs to a small species of ginger.Curcumin extracted from ginger can be used as feed additive instead of synthetic antibiotics because of its antioxidant effect.In this paper,the effects of Xiangxi curcumin on the performance,meat quality and carcass parameters of piglets were studied.The results showed that Xiangxi curcumin could effectively improve the performance of piglets.
