新型农村合作社技术指导模式分析——以毕节市金沙县岩孔街道上山社区为例

摘　　要：目前我国农村已实现基本脱贫,下一个阶段性目标要实现农村经济现代化。研究新型农村合作社是为实现农村合作化模式创新、实行组织合作化,坚持科学化养殖,特色化发展,挖掘地方优势资源形成产业化,引导、支持和带动农民发展优势产业,形成“村集体持股、村民参股”的发展新格局。在对上山社区的实地调研和走访发现老人妇女留守率高、村民房屋建设分布散、交通不便、农耕面积小且土壤条件差等问题。该文提出“政府+合作社+农户”“人才+合作社+农户”“企业+合作社+农户”模式来解决此类问题。At present,China's rural areas have basically been lifted out of poverty,and the next stage goal is to realize the modernization of rural economy.The purpose of studying the new rural cooperative is to realize the innovation of rural cooperative mode,implement organizational cooperation,adhere to scientific breeding,characteristic development,excavate local superior resources to form industrialization,guide,support and drive farmers to develop superior industries,and form a new development pattern of"village collective shareholding and villagers shareholding".In the on-the-spot investigation and visit to the Shangshan community,it is found that there are some problems,such as high retention rate of elderly women,scattered construction of villagers'houses,inconvenient transportation,small farming area and poor soil conditions.This paper puts forward the models of"Government+Cooperative+Farmer","Talent+Cooperative+Farmer"and"Enterprise+Cooperative+Farmer"to solve this kind of problem.
