摘 要:附着式脚手架具有安全性高,施工速度快,拼装简单等优势,具有很好的市场应用前景。为了更好地促进附着式升降脚手架技术的发展,分析探索附着式脚手架的构造特点和施工原理。在分析工程项目施工难点的基础上,提出脚手架的平面布置方案,对架体构造尺寸、使用工况和坠落工况进行力学性能验算,并对脚手架架施工工艺和流程进行梳理。对塔吊附臂处、施工电梯处等特殊节点的做法进行分析,并梳理架体搭设过程中的施工控制要点。Inserted lifted scaffolds have the advantages of high safety, fast construction speed and simple assembly, and has a good market application prospect. In order to promote the development of technology of inserted lifted scaffolds, this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of inserted lifted scaffolds, and introduces its construction principle. Based on the analysis of the construction difficulties of the project, this paper puts forward the plane layout scheme of the scaffold. The mechanical properties of the frame structure size, service condition and falling condition are checked. The construction technology and process of the turnbuckle frame are introduced in detail. Introducing the methods of special nodes such as tower crane attachment arm and construction elevator, and combs the key points of construction control in the process of frame erection.
