超重特种车辆作用下简支箱梁桥安全性探析

摘  要:以一座简支预应力混凝土箱梁桥为工程背景,探析了基于空间有限元进行桥梁安全评定的分析方法。针对运输核电厂装置的超重特种车辆作用于箱梁桥,分别采用通用商业程序ANSYS与MIDAS,建立荷载效应模型和抗力模型,对简支预应力混凝土箱梁桥的主梁、端横隔梁及箱梁顶底板进行计算分析。结果表明:按常规公路Ⅰ级荷载设计的该桥梁,在采取一定的现场交通控制前提下,通行1160 t的超重特种车辆,安全是有保障的。In this paper, a simply supported prestressed concrete box girder bridge is taken as the engineering background to expound the analysis method of bridges safety evaluation based on the spatial finite element.Under the loading of the overweight special vehicles for transporting nuclear power plant devices, the load effect model and resistance model are established by using the general commercial programs ANSYS and Midas respectively, and the main beam, end diaphragm, top and bottom plate of box girder bridges are calculated and analyzed in detail.The results show that under the premise of certain on-site traffic control, the safety of 1160 ton overweight special vehicles is guaranteed.
