摘 要:通常大功率电动机直接起动时起动电流能达到额定电流的6~8倍;星三角起动情况下达到额定电流的3倍;软起动情况下电动机起动电流一般为额定电流的2~5倍。因此,不论使用哪种起动方式,为了满足大功率电动机的起动需求,均会导致为电动机供电的变压器和发电机设计容量的大幅增加。提出了动态无功补偿设备(SVG)作为大功率电动机起动时临时补充电源的方法,通过技术和经济分析,验证了该方案能够大幅降低配电系统的设计容量,并增加了配电系统的灵活性,降低了生产成本。Normally,the starting current of a high-power motor can reach 6 to 8 times of the rated current when the motor is directly started.The method of star-delta can reach 3 times of the rated current when it is started.The motor starting current is usually 2 to 5 times of the rated current when the motor is started under soft start.Therefore,no matter which kind of starting method is used,in order to meet the demand for starting a high-power motor,it will cause a substantial increase in the design capacity of transformers and generators which supplying power to the motor.A dynamic reactive power compensation device(hereinafter referred to as SVG)is proposed as a method of temporarily replenishing power when the high-power motor is started,and performs technical and economic analysis.This solution can significantly reduce the design capacity of the power distribution system,increase the flexibility of the power distribution system,and reduce production costs.
