某公司危险废物焚烧处理扩建项目职业病危害预评价分析

摘　　要：为识别和分析某危险废物焚烧处理扩建项目存在的职业病危害因素,提出相应防护措施建议,保障劳动者身体健康,采用类比调查法、检查表法等评价方法进行评价。结果表明该项目总体布局、生产工艺、设备布局、建筑卫生学等符合有关标准要求。存在的职业病危害因素种类较多,包括各类粉尘、苯系物、有机醇类、有机酯类、二噁英、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、噪声、高温等。职业病危害关键控制点为废物分选工。For identif ication and analysis of a hazardous waste incineration expansion project of the occupational hazards,put forward the corresponding protective measures,to ensure healthy.By analogy survey method,the evaluation methods of observation checklist,the results show that the project overall layout,production process,equipment layout,construction conform to the requirements of the relevant standard of hygiene,the existence of occupational hazards sort is more,including all kinds of dust,benzene content,organic alcohols,esters,dioxins,carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides,sulfur dioxide,noise,high temperature,occupational disease hazard critical control points for waste sorting worker.
